Getting Real Chapter 3

“the leaner you are, the easier it is to change”. one of the 1st things you will see in chapter 3 of getting real. it also says that when changing something. it must be easy and cheap to do so.  there are a lot of things that can increase a company’s mass. but there are also a lot of things that can decrease it as well. if a company desires to change, for the better. its mass must be light to obtain more direction on where its going.  also staying flexible is important as well. this can be obtained by reducing risks or obstacles from a company. not only is change important. it keeps your company ahead of the competition. if youre rivals are changing faster than you. then you are at a major disadvantage already. “emergence is one of those types of things that can help youre company. its definition is something that just occured but can still benefit from it. when forming a team to create your’e 1st application it is also recommended to have a group of 3. composing of, a developer, designer, and a sweeper. why only 3 im not really sure. but i think its to ensure agility or something.

constraints are not obstacles in its own way. in some cases it can help you improve youre application, or business. such things can motivate a person to find a way through such a dilemma.

and the most important thing on chapter 3 is. be original, and not immitate others. the things a big company does is significantly different from a small or starting company. in fact it may be a lot easier to start with a small company. it has less problems to handle. and lesser formalities. small companies tend to be closer to there customers in general.

in short.. it means. agility is youre friend. being able to adapt is an important factor for a starting company, or small company.
